Tomislav Rosandić is a seasoned executive with more than 26 years of experience in banking, energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Throughout his career, he has held a series of senior leadership roles, including President of the Management Board and Group CEO of Dalekovod d.d., Group CFO at Hrvatska elektroprivreda (HEP), and board-level positions across several major regional companies.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics, specialising in Corporate Finance, from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb. His expertise spans corporate finance, large-scale restructuring, M&A, strategic management, international financial markets, and organisational transformation.
Tomislav has successfully led some of the most complex corporate restructuring and financing projects in Croatia, including major international bond issuances, credit rating improvements, and the establishment of advanced financial and operational management systems. In recognition of his achievements, he was named CFO of the Year in Croatia in 2017 by Deloitte’s independent expert committee.
Since September 2024, Tomislav Rosandić has been a member of the Management Board of Rijeka Gateway, the new container terminal in Rijeka and a joint venture project between APM Terminals and ENNA Group.
