Dino Manestar

Dino Manestar is an award-winning executive with extensive experience in investment project development, corporate restructuring, and strategic management in the tourism and real estate sectors. Throughout his career, he has led complex transformations of hotel and tourism companies, including ownership changes, strategic repositioning, and stock exchange listings. He has particular expertise in the development and structuring of large-scale tourism and mixed-use projects, hotel repositioning and upgrading, and managing investment cycles from concept and financial structuring through to execution.

For the past eight years, he has been part of the international investment group Across Investment Group and Premium Star Hotels, where he leads business operations and investment development in the Croatian market. His work focuses on the development of new tourism destinations, acquisitions and restructuring of hotel companies, and leading investment projects across the region.
