Bernhard Melischnig

Bernhard is a professional business executive with extensive experience in senior management positions in the financial industry and real estate management. Born in 1977 in Austria and educated in the fields of international business relations, he started his career in Financial Controlling after which he developed further in Corporate banking and performing diverse managerial roles in commercial banks, insurance, leasing industry and companies dealing with real estates. From 2008 on Bernhard was holding executive management roles in several companies and financial institutions.

His wide experience in financial industry and real estate sector, combined with extensive business education, detailed knowledge of corporate governance, finance, sales, risk functions, real estate acquisitions and project management is demonstrated and affirmed through numerous successfully implemented projects and relevant business achievements. By holding the position of Managing director at EOS, Bernhard focuses on secured receivables management, acquisitions and development of real estate portfolios, while establishing and nurturing cooperation with insurance brokers, real estate brokers, potential investors, real estate appraisers and facility maintenance companies.

He graduated from the Fachhochschulstudiengang Eisenstadt, Mag. (FH) for International Economic Business Relations and EMBA at Cotrugli Business School Zagreb and was additionally certified by several renowned leadership programs.
