Dilek Sezer

Senior Development Director for Accor Premium, Midscale & Economy brands in South-Eastern Europe, Accor

Dilek Sezer is a hospitality expert with over 30 years of experience in the industry. As the Senior Development Director, she has responsible for leading the development of Accor’s premium, midscale and economy brands in South-Eastern part of Europe, overseeing the growth of Accor network of hotels, aparthotels/extended stay and branded residences in Albania, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia. First steps in hospitality industry Dilek took right after engineering studies, in Turkey. Throught the career, she held large number of management positions, especially in the UK, where she’s served in various senior operational roles including as Multi-site General Manager and Area General Manager. She is also a graduate of IHMP (International Hotel Management Program) by ESSEC.

In free time, Dilek enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, raising funds for ecological and charitable projects, and discovering different cuisines.
