Filip Galeković is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and strategic investment management within the wood-processing industry.

He began his career after graduating from the Zagreb School of Economics and Management in 2008, joining PPS Galeković, where he currently holds the position of Director and Head of Sales and Marketing. Founded in 1956, PPS Galeković is a family-owned company that has grown into a leading Croatian manufacturer of solid wood flooring and parquet. The company is known for its focus on technology, quality standards, and environmentally responsible production practices. In addition to his role at PPS Galeković, Filip has been a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PPS Majur d.o.o. since 2008. He has also been a member of the Executive Board of the Wood-Processing Industry Association at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce since 2016, and in 2022, he became the President of the association.

Filip has built a career based on his comprehensive understanding of market trends, growth strategies, and managing key business operations in the industry. His experience includes strategic planning, business development, and the implementation of marketing and sales strategies, which have led to success in investment management, production growth, and operational improvement.
