Ivana is the commercial director of Accolade Croatia, part of Accolade Group, which invests in modern industrial parks across Europe. Ivana has extensive professional experience in corporate finance, M&A, integrations, investor relations, CAPEX projects, controlling, and business development. Throughout her career she has been shaping successful financial strategies and driving transformative projects across various industries.

She held a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation since 2007 and is a founding member of the Croatian CFA Society, as well as investment advisor and broker. She is also an experienced lecturer, author, and expert court witness in investment and company valuation.
