Predrag Tutic, as a Country Manager of CBS International Croatia has been involved in all major

transactions on the market. Predrag has more than 15 years’ experience on real estate market, on

both agency and developer side. Predrag was a member of real estate brokerage team within Erste bank, after that he was Real Estate Sales Manager in Addiko bank for the region Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.

Predrag joined CBS International team in 2018 on a position of Country manager and in 2022 he

become a Partner. Predrag was involved in largest commercial real estate transactions on the market, such as sell and buy side advisory of office portfolio in Zagreb (B2 Kapital Holding, HOK, S IMMO, etc), retail portfolio (Poseidon Group retail portfolio, Bluehouse Capital, etc), land and industrial properties (RBA, Digital Reality, etc.).
