Due to his focus on consumer behavior, his early interest in applied technology, and his global experience in the hospitality sector, Dirk has become an expert on branding and a thought leader in hospitality value drivers and growth models. In his role as one of the Colliers hospitality leaders, Dirk combines his knowledge, expertise, and experience with the global capital markets and focuses on major brokerage and M&A assignments across the region.
