Goran Legac

Goran Legac has over 24 years of experience in large infrastructure projects, EU-financed developments, real estate investments, and renewable energy initiatives. Holding an internationally recognized IPMA-A Level certification in Project Portfolio Management and a license for executive and supervisory board membership, he also possesses an MBA in Construction.
Since 2017, he has served as Project Director at Croatian Roads Ltd., overseeing key projects such as the 600-million-EUR Pelješac Bridge, the 240-million-EUR Split-Omiš Speedway, and the 70-million-EUR Port of Rijeka connection road, all co-financed by EU funds. Before taking on this role, his responsibilities included leading national road network improvements as Head of Investment Maintenance and Asset Management.
Throughout his career, this experienced professional has held key positions in both international and private-sector companies. As Technical Director and Chief Engineer at Bouygues Bâtiment International, he was responsible for the 235-million-EUR Zagreb Airport project under a Public-Private Partnership. Previous roles also include serving as Technical Director at Geotehnika, Project Manager at Kamgrad, and Executive Director for Construction at the Croatian Motorways Agency, where he oversaw a 3-billion-USD investment program.
With multiple certifications in project management, corporate governance, and ISO 9001 auditing, he has developed a strong foundation in strategic planning and leadership. Fluent in English and proficient in German, he is highly skilled in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera. As a member of the Croatian Chamber for Civil Engineers and the Croatian Association for Project Managers, he remains dedicated to advancing innovation and efficiency in large-scale infrastructure projects.
