Hrvoje Kvasnička

Hrvoje Kvasnička is a property consultant and project manager with fifteen years of experience in the commercial property industry. Following several years of managing development projects for Tehnika, a local developer, Hrvoje joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011 where his focus was on valuation, project management, technical advisory and sustainability services on large commercial projects in Croatia and Slovenia.

In 2014 Hrvoje set up Bricmore, a consulting firm, where he continues to provide the same services as a consultant to local and international clients across SEE region. He has acted on behalf of a number of international banks, developers, occupiers and investment funds.

Hrvoje is a qualified building sustainability expert (LEED AP, BREEAM In-Use Auditor and DGNB Consultant). He has formerly served as the President of the Croatia Green Building Council as well as a Board Member. Hrvoje graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering (University of Zagreb) and received an MSc degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Westminster in London. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers.
