Ilijana Jeleč

Managing Director, Rezidencija and Member, MIDA Group

Ilijana graduated from the University of Economics in Zagreb and began her career in the banking industry at BNP-Dresdner Bank, after which she took on several roles at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank. She then assumed key positions in retail advisory and private banking at Erste & Steiermärkische Bank before becoming President of the Management Board at Erste nekretnine d.o.o., a position she held for 10 years (2008–2018), leading the company through strategic growth and market expansion.

From 2018 to 2024, she served as a Member of the Management Board at HANFA, overseeing financial regulation and consumer protection. Following her tenure at HANFA, she returned to the real estate sector and is now the Managing Director at Rezidencija d.o.o., a real estate advisory firm within MIDA Group, where she leads business strategy and operations.
