Ivan Kovačev

Ivan is a Director in the Investment Banking Department at InterCapital, where he has been employed since 2017. Throughout his career, he has advised on numerous mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital-raising transactions, particularly in the tourism and commercial real estate sectors. He earned a Master’s degree in Finance from ESSEC Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb.
