Ivan Krošelj

Ivan Krošelj is an experienced real estate professional and Head of Expansion at SPAR Croatia, where he is responsible for the development and expansion of the retail network, as well as the implementation of projects involving the opening of new supermarkets and hypermarkets across Croatia.
Before assuming this role, he served as Regional Expansion Manager within the same company, where he was responsible for identifying and developing new locations and coordinating investment projects.
Prior to joining SPAR, he built his career at Kaufland Croatia. During his first two years there, he worked as a Leasing Specialist in the leasing department, focusing on tenant acquisition and negotiating lease agreements for commercial spaces within their stores. He later moved to the expansion department as a Project Manager, where he participated in the development and realization of projects related to the construction and opening of new retail stores.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a licensed real estate agent, specializing in real estate brokerage and advising clients on the purchase, sale, and lease of commercial properties.
He has spent his entire professional career in the real estate sector.
