Ivana Miličić is a Senior Banker – Associate Director at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Croatia. She has extensive experience in business origination and structuring new transactions across EBRD operations in the country, spanning financial services, retail and infrastructure, with a track record of more than EUR 500 million in financing.Ivana combines hands-on banking expertise with active engagement in policy dialogue and reform initiatives. Ivana is actively engaged in advancing initiatives related to capital markets development, affordable housing, and private sector competitiveness, contributing to policy dialogue and strategic reform efforts in partnership with government and market participants. She is working with private sector and public authorities in Croatia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Slovenia.
