Ivana Pezo

Ivana Pezo is the Director of Standards at the construction company VMD STANDARD, where she is responsible for the development and implementation of quality standards across projects, as well as for improving internal business processes within the company.

She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business and later continued her academic development through postgraduate studies in finance, auditing, and analysis. She began her professional career at the IT consulting company Adacta (now Be-terna), where over the course of nearly seven years she progressed from consultant to project and department manager. During this period, she gained significant experience in managing complex projects, leading teams, and implementing business and technological solutions.

After her experience in the IT sector, she continued her career in the construction industry through the family company VMD STANDARD, where for the past seven years she has led the development of internal standards and processes while contributing to the company’s strategic development. In her work, she focuses particularly on integrating business processes, technology, and organizational development with the aim of improving the quality and efficiency of projects.
