Lea Uroš Gregorec is a long-time expert in the commercial real estate market with a focus on retail, bringing 20 years of experience in advising investors and retailers. She began her career at a British company, a partner of the Savills group, where she gained international experience and an understanding of investment strategies.
Since 2009, at Spiller Farmer, she has been advising both domestic and international retailers on expansion and assisting in the development of various retail properties – from high street locations to shopping centers, retail parks, and big-box formats. She has extensive experience in land sales for retail development projects and in brownfield investment transactions that have been repurposed into shopping centers.
In 2017, she obtained the RICS certification in commercial real estate.
