Leo Penović

Director, Expert Genesis 

He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Split, and obtained the title of Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He has been a member of the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers since 2002. He obtained the _Senior Project Manager IPMA_ Level B certificate on April 28, 2011. He received the IPMA GOLD EXCELLENCE AWARD in 2013 for managing the Arena Center project. Leo has an active knowledge of spoken and written English. In addition to formal university education, he attends various professional development courses in the profession and in project management. He currently works as a consultant in the field of real estate project development through his own company Expert Genesis, and holds the position of director of Golden Star Estate. During his career, he has gained extensive experience through engagement in various jobs and managerial positions in numerous sectors.
