Maja Ostanek Selak is a director at the alternative real estate investment fund in Slovenija, ALFI RE, SIS, which is a part of ALFI, group of leading alternative investment funds in the region. With over 10 years of expirience in capital real estate markets in the region, she is responsible for new acquisitions and real estate management. Before joining ALFI RE, she worked at KF Finance, where she was responsible for preparing real estate management strategies, feasibility studies for real estate projects and other consulting projects related to commercial real estate. She was also leading a M&A in real estate sector. In 2017, she obtained an international property valuation license from RICS and received the Chris Bennet Award for the best candidate in the CEE region. Due to her vast knowledge in capital real estate market, she is a frequent panalists at local and regional real estate conferences.
