Milan Belojević

Milan Belojević is owner and Managing Director of MB Capital Consulting GmbH, a boutique corporate finance and real estate advisory firm active across Germany and broader Europe. He advises institutional and private investors on complex real estate transactions, M&A, restructuring, and value-creation strategies.

With over 13 years of cross-border investment experience, Milan has executed mergers & acquisitions, portfolio optimizations, and strategic restructurings across European markets. Prior to founding MB Capital Consulting, he served as Investment Director at Excelsa d.o.o., leading investments across multiple real estate asset classes and beyond.

In Berlin, through BNM Verwaltungs GmbH and its related companies, he manages and operates elderly care facilities, combining transactional expertise with hands-on operational leadership. His experience in healthcare real estate reflects one of Europe’s most resilient and demographically driven investment themes.

In addition to his investment and advisory activities, Milan serves as Adjunct Lecturer at the Luxembourg School of Business, teaching Real Estate Finance and M&A at the graduate level. He holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance & Accounting obtained at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management and has completed executive programs at Columbia Business School and at the London School of Economics.
