Patrick Franolić is the managing director of a branch of the international real estate agency Spiller Farmer, which has been operating in Croatia for over twenty years. After completing his studies in international management, marketing and organizational structure in Graz, he also trained in international monetary economics, marketing of the European Union, Game Theory Games – economics and politics at the University of Alicante, Spain and the University of Oklahoma, USA, where he gathered knowledge in stores and channels management, sales and customer and consumer behavior, and international marketing. He started his career by developing the “Shop in Shop” network for InterMarche (InterEx) stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and then for the Carinthian Development Agency he planned development projects for clients in Croatia. The company Spiller Farmer, under the leadership of Patrick Franolić since January 2006, has gained rich experience and competitive knowledge about the domestic market and its participants and provides its clients with advisory services, mediation in the lease of commercial, warehouse and office spaces, receivables, new investments, brownfield investments, the purchase and sale of land and buildings, and investment consulting in challenging projects as well as sustainability investments in real estate regarding new green initiatives and policies.
