Predrag Tutić

Country Manager, Cushman & Wakefield CBS International

Predrag began his career 17 years ago as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at the commercial real estate agency Spiller Farmer, where he specialized in the sale and leasing of office spaces. At the beginning of 2012, he joined Erste Nekretnine, continuing his career in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate, as well as the sale of repossessed assets within Erste Bank. In early 2018, he moved to Addiko Bank as Group Real Estate Manager, responsible for property sales in Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Slovenia. After a year, he joined CBS International Croatia as Country Manager. CBS International Croatia is a member of Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, a leading global real estate agency with 50,000 employees operating in more than 60 countries worldwide. In 2022, Predrag was appointed Partner at CBS International Croatia, and since 2024, as one of the Directors of CBS International Austria, he has been actively involved in activities within the Austrian market. Predrag is also a member of the Real Estate Business Association Council at the Croatian Chamber of Economy, a member of the international Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and since 2023, a Board Member of the Executive Committee of the Foreign Investors Council in Croatia.
