Robert Pokrovac

Member of the Management Board, Erste Real Estate

He began his professional career in 1993 working at the International Committee of the Red Cross when he has the opportunity to work in different environments and create development projects both on the regional and global humanitarian scene in the marketing of non-profit institutions. In mid-2002, he moved to the advertising industry in the production company Formula Film, and after that since 2005 he has moved to the positions of marketing director in the telecom industry, first to Globalnet and then to Metronet telecommunications. He came to Erste real estate at the end of 2008, where in 2014 he became a member of the Management Board in charge of marketing and sales. Good analytical background with access to data through real estate appraisals, financial supervision of projects financed by Erste Bank, NPL processes and ultimately real estate sales gives it a broader picture of the real estate market. He is actively involved in the real estate market as a lecturer/participant at conferences, round tables and various professional educations and with his activities he seeks to participate in the affirmation of the real estate market. He is the vice president of the Association of Real Estate Business at the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
