Stanislav Pagáč

Development Director, Logis One

An experienced professional with more than 20 years of experience in real estate and the development of industrial and logistics parks in Central and Eastern Europe. He currently serves as Development Director at Logis One, where he is responsible for strategic project growth, the preparation of new locations, and the management of investment processes.

Until February 2024, he served as CEO and interim CFO at CTP Invest Slovakia, where he led the company’s market entry and expansion from zero to nearly 1 million m² of leasable space. Under his leadership, CTP gained a 21% share of the industrial real estate market and consistently invested more than €100 million annually in new development projects.

During his career, he has led or supervised projects worth more than €500 million covering an area of more than 1 million m², launched new business lines (e.g., energy), implemented ERP/CRM systems, and introduced BREEAM certification across portfolios. He has managed teams in finance, development, property management, and human resources.

Stanislav is a precise strategist focusing on leadership, team development, mergers and acquisitions, ESG, and the implementation of innovations, including energy solutions. He is a graduate of the Slovak University of Technology, holds an MBA from City University of Seattle, and an MBA in real estate from the University of Economics in Prague (VŠE).
