With an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Computing from FER and an eMBA from HEC Paris, my 25+ year career in multiple domestic and international companies has reinforced my belief that technology and design must go hand in hand. For the past six years, I have been leading the Croatian branch of GlobalLogic, a leading U.S.-based digital engineering company and part of the Hitachi Group. As Vice President of the ICT sector at the Croatian Employers’ Association, I also witness firsthand how innovation and business strategy complement each other.
