Co-Owner and Director, VMD Grupa

He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in 1983. After several years of working in the industry at companies such as Monting Energetika, Sila-Rapid, and ZET, he co-founded VMD Promet d.o.o. in 1995 with his partner, Dr. Antun Mikec, becoming its co-owner. In 2015, the company rebranded as VMD Grupa d.o.o., now operating multiple subsidiaries. Over the past 25 years, the company has built more than 2,000 apartments and over 700,000 square meters of gross residential space. In the last decade, an average of more than 400 workers have been employed on construction sites. VMD Grupa d.o.o. is known for its strong ommitment to ethical business practices, as demonstrated by the fact that, despite having over 1,000 buyers, it has never faced a single legal dispute with a customer or supplier. Moreover, the company has not advertised for the past 10 years, as more than 80% of new buyers come through recommendations from previous clients – a testament to the high quality of construction and customer satisfaction.
