His background combines hands-on operational leadership with asset-driven development and governance responsibilities.<br \/>\nKristian has served as CEO, Chief Development Officer, and Member of Management Boards in leading hospitality companies, with direct responsibility for P&amp;L, corporate governance, development strategy, franchise negotiations with international hotel brands, and large-scale capital investment and exit processes.<br \/>\nHis experience includes CEO roles at Jadran Hoteli Rijeka, Dubrovnik Riviera Hotels, and Maistra d.d. (Adris Group), as well as Board Member roles at Uniline Travel Company, HUP-Zagreb, a flagship hotel asset company in Zagreb and ALH.<br \/>\nIn parallel, he has held supervisory board positions in national tourism institutions and private companies and remains actively engaged in academic teaching.
