He also serves as Managing Director of Erste Group Immorent, the Group\u2019s real estate leasing arm, operating in both Vienna and Zagreb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Nik\u0161a has more than 15 years of experience in banking, real estate, and hospitality, and his professional background includes senior roles in finance, sales, strategic development, workout and restructuring, and project management. Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions within Erste Group and UniCredit Group, and one of his most notable achievements was the management and successful restructuring and sale of Dubrovnik Sun Gardens \u2013 Radisson Blu Resort &amp; Spa. He has managed complex real estate portfolios, large workout platforms, and multidisciplinary teams across all jurisdictions in which Erste Group operates.
