He is one of the founders of the \u201cReal Estate Exchange\u201d established in 1995, one of the first real estate portals in this part of Europe. Throughout his career, he has worked on the commercialization of all types of real estate. He was a partner in a hotel company for approximately ten years, as well as in several other investment companies. He has been involved in the development of projects in residential construction, tourism, and business zones. For more than 30 years, he has been engaged in real estate market analysis, publishing market reports and professional articles, and acting as an advisor in real estate business operations. He regularly participates in conferences as a speaker on real estate market topics and serves as a guest lecturer at several universities.
