He is also Chairman of the Bulgarian VC &amp; PE Association and Managing Partner of Silverline Capital, a mezzanine &amp; growth equity fund.&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Previously, Evgeny was Partner at Postscriptum Ventures, a growth equity fund focused on investments in profitable sustainability. Prior to that, he was the Economic Advisor to the President of Bulgaria and the Deputy Minister of Economy. He supervised over 50 companies and was responsible for the investment of \u20ac1.2bn of EU structural funds. He served as Chairman of the Board of both the Bulgarian Energy Holding and the National Electricity Company. Concurrently, he was the Head of the Investment Board of JEREMIE Bulgaria, a \u20ac350mm &nbsp;fund of funds, which provides equity and debt financing to start-ups and SME&#8217;s. He also founded and served on the board of Sofia Tech Park.&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Prior to his public sector roles, Evgeny was Director at Trigranit Development Corporation, a leading real estate development company in Central and Eastern Europe.
